What makes Professional different from Starter?
Professional includes all Starter features plus the AI assistant and auto-dispatch. It raises the monthly booking limit to 1,500 (vs 400 on Starter) and includes 500 AI messages per month. Starter does not include AI messages. It's the right plan when your booking volume consistently exceeds Starter's limit or when you need AI and automated dispatch.
How does 8-factor dispatch work?
DrivOQ's 8-factor dispatch algorithm scores every available driver against 8 weighted factors: proximity to pickup, driver rating, current workload, vehicle match, shift status, past no-shows, client preference, and service area. The highest-scoring driver is automatically assigned or recommended depending on your dispatch settings.
What happens if I go over 1,500 bookings?
Each booking beyond 1,500 in a billing month is charged at $0.15. There is no service interruption. If you need unlimited bookings with no overage, the Business plan (coming soon) covers that.
Do I get priority support?
Professional plan includes standard support with email and in-app assistance. Response times are typically within 1 business day. Priority support with faster response times is available on the Business plan.
