Launching soon — early access via waitlist

The operating system for chauffeur companies

DrivOQ replaces the spreadsheets, group texts, and legacy software behind your fleet. Live dispatch, smart auto-assignment, a driver app, and a booking portal your clients see as yours — in one place.

No per-trip fees Unlimited users & drivers Built in Canada

The problem

Running a fleet shouldn’t mean running five systems.

Most operators stitch their business together from a calendar, a spreadsheet, a group chat, and an invoicing tool that’s never heard of the other three. It works — until the day it doesn’t.

Your operation lives in too many places

Bookings in a spreadsheet, drivers in a group chat, invoices in another tab. Nothing talks to anything, so you re-type everything.

Small mistakes cost real clients

A double-booked car or a missed airport pickup is how a corporate account quietly stops calling.

Admin eats your evenings

Confirmations, invoices, driver pay — hours of typing every week that software should be doing for you.

The platform

Everything an operator needs. Nothing you have to duct-tape.

One login for the office, one app for drivers, one booking page for clients — all reading from the same source of truth.

Live dispatch board

Every trip, driver, and vehicle for the day on one screen. Conflicts surface themselves, assignment is one click — or zero. Flight tracking Coming soon will watch arrivals for you.

Driver app

Reservation offers, schedules, and trip details in your drivers’ pockets. One tap to accept — you see status change live.

Smart auto-assignment

Rules you set — vehicle class, availability, proximity — match each booking to the right driver the moment it lands.

Branded client booking portal

Clients book on your domain with your logo and colors. Quotes, confirmations, and receipts all look like you — not like us.

AI business assistant

Ask plain-English questions about your own operation.

Invoicing & payments

A trip closes and its invoice drafts itself. Stripe handles cards; automatic reminders chase the rest.

CRM & payroll, built in

Client history, corporate accounts, and driver pay periods live next to the trips they came from — not in a separate subscription.

Who it’s for

Built for the people who run the fleet.

Airport & corporate operators

High volume, tight windows, repeat accounts. Auto-assignment and live status keep every transfer on time and every account manager calm.

Event & wedding fleets

Multi-stop hourly runs, as-directed bookings, VIP preferences. Build the itinerary once — drivers, clients, and invoices all follow it.

Executive chauffeur services

Discretion and detail at scale: silent-ride preferences, corporate billing, and a booking experience that matches the car.

How it works

Live in an afternoon.

No migration project, no consultant. Three steps and the board is running.

01

Add your fleet

Drivers, vehicles, and rates — set up in an afternoon with help from our team.

02

Share your booking page

Clients book themselves on your branded portal. Phone and email bookings? Type them once — they land on the same board.

03

Dispatch runs itself

Auto-assignment offers trips, drivers accept in the app, invoices draft on completion. You handle the exceptions, not the routine.

Integrations

FAQ

Questions operators ask us.

When does DrivOQ launch?

We’re onboarding companies from the waitlist in stages ahead of public launch. Join the waitlist and we’ll tell you exactly where you are in line and when your spot opens.

Do you charge per trip or take a commission?

No. DrivOQ is flat-rate software. We never take a percentage of your trips, and we don’t charge per booking, per user, or per driver. Plan pricing will be announced at launch.

Do my drivers need to install anything?

Drivers use the DrivOQ driver app on their own phone — it’s where they receive reservation offers, see their schedule, and update trip status. There’s nothing to configure; they sign in and they’re on shift.

Can clients still book by phone or email?

Of course — many of your best clients will always call. Phone and email bookings are typed into the same board the portal feeds, so every trip is dispatched, tracked, and invoiced the same way regardless of how it arrived.

How do payments work?

Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Corporate clients can be invoiced on terms, with automatic reminders for anything outstanding.

Does DrivOQ track flights for airport pickups?

Flight tracking is coming soon. Automatic flight status and delay-aware scheduling for airport pickups are on the near-term roadmap — waitlist members will hear when it ships.

Where is my data stored?

DrivOQ is built and operated in Canada. Your client lists, trip history, and billing records belong to you, and you can export them at any time.
