What is auto-dispatch?
Auto-dispatch automatically finds and assigns the best available driver for each booking using a smart scoring algorithm that considers driver proximity, rating, workload, vehicle match, and more. You can customize the scoring weights or turn it off entirely.
Can clients book online?
Yes. You get a branded booking portal that you can embed on your website or share as a direct link. Clients can book rides, view pricing, and track their driver.
Do you support recurring bookings?
Yes. Set up daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring rides. DrivOQ automatically creates the bookings for you and assigns drivers based on your dispatch preferences.
Can I generate invoices?
Yes. Create professional PDF invoices from completed bookings, email them directly to clients, and track payment status. Batch invoicing is available for corporate accounts.
How does driver tracking work?
Drivers share their location in real-time through the mobile app. You can see every active driver on a live map, track ETAs, and automatically notify clients when their car is approaching.
Can I send automated follow-ups to quote requests?
Yes. When a potential client requests a quote, DrivOQ automatically sends a sequence of follow-up emails and/or SMS messages to convert them into a booking. You can customize timing, messaging, and even offer automatic discounts.
Does DrivOQ support airport pickup and drop-off booking types?
Yes. DrivOQ has dedicated booking types for both airport pickup (arrivals) and airport drop-off (departures), each with specific fields for flight number, terminal, and airline. This keeps your airport bookings organized and easy to dispatch.
Can I coordinate multiple vehicles for one event?
Yes. DrivOQ lets you create multiple bookings linked to the same occasion (wedding, prom, gala, etc.) and view them all together on the calendar. Each driver gets their own route and status updates through the mobile app, and you see all vehicles on the dispatch map in real time.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Drivers use our dedicated mobile app (iOS and Android) for real-time dispatch. The management dashboard is fully responsive and works great on tablets and phones.
Can I generate batch invoices for corporate clients?
Yes. DrivOQ's batch invoicing feature lets you select all completed bookings for a corporate account within any date range and generate a single professional PDF invoice. You can email it directly through the platform and track payment status from draft through to paid.

What is included in my subscription?
Every DrivOQ plan includes booking management, real-time dispatch, driver mobile app, invoicing, and more. The AI assistant is available on Professional and Business plans only. Higher tiers also increase your monthly booking limit and AI message capacity.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. A card is required at signup; your chosen plan auto-charges when the trial ends. You get full access to all features during the trial — cancel anytime before it charges and you will not be billed. During the trial, bookings are capped at 200.
How much does limo dispatch software cost?
Limo software pricing varies widely. DrivOQ offers competitive multi-tier pricing with no per-transaction fees. All plans include unlimited drivers and vehicles. Starter includes 400 bookings/month, Professional includes 1,500 bookings/month. Start with a 7-day free trial — card required at signup, cancel anytime before it charges. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. You can also invoice clients directly through the platform.

Starter includes 1 service area and 3 surge pricing zones. Professional includes 3 service areas and 9 surge pricing zones. Business includes unlimited service areas and surge zones. All plans include unlimited drivers and vehicles.

Is my data secure?
Absolutely. DrivOQ uses enterprise-grade security including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on all database tables, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Your data is hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure.
Will I lose my historical booking data if I switch?
Your historical data stays where it is — you do not need to migrate it into DrivOQ unless you want to. Going forward, all new bookings, clients, and trips are managed in DrivOQ. Most operators find that within a month, they only need DrivOQ for day-to-day operations.
Can I switch from legacy limo software to DrivOQ?
