Every DrivOQ plan includes booking management, real-time dispatch, the driver mobile app, invoicing, and unlimited drivers and vehicles. Higher tiers raise your monthly included bookings and add capabilities like automatic 8-factor auto-dispatch, more surge zones, more service areas, and more team seats.

DrivOQ is one flat monthly price with no per-driver fees. Starter is $79/mo and Professional is $179/mo (USD), and a Business tier is coming soon. Every plan includes unlimited drivers and vehicles. Prices shown are regular pricing — launch pricing will be lower, and everyone who joins the waitlist before launch gets it.

It depends on your plan. Starter includes up to 400 bookings a month; once you reach it, new bookings pause until the next month or until you upgrade. Professional includes 1,500 bookings a month and never pauses — past 1,500, additional bookings are simply billed at $0.15 each on your next monthly invoice. You can upgrade anytime as your volume grows.

SMS usage is billed to your company at carrier rates. Email notifications are always free.

We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. You can also invoice clients directly through the platform.

Your historical data stays where it is — you do not need to migrate it into DrivOQ unless you want to. Going forward, all new bookings, clients, and trips are managed in DrivOQ. Most operators find that within a month, they only need DrivOQ for day-to-day operations.
