Is Starter enough for my small fleet?
Yes. Starter includes core DrivOQ features — booking management, manual dispatch, driver mobile app, client notifications, invoice generation, recurring bookings, surge pricing, and more. There are no driver or vehicle limits. Auto-dispatch and the AI assistant are available on Professional and Business plans. The only booking constraint is 400 per month — additional bookings are billed at $0.15 each.
What happens if I go over 400 bookings?
Each booking beyond 400 in a billing month is charged at $0.15. There is no service interruption — your account keeps working normally. If you consistently exceed 400 bookings, upgrading to Professional (1,500 bookings/month) will be more cost-effective.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to Professional at any time from your billing settings. Your data, bookings, and driver accounts all carry over. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan — including Starter — comes with a 7-day free trial. A card is required at signup; if you cancel before the 7 days are up, you will not be charged. You get full access to all features during the trial so you can see exactly what you're getting before committing.
