The DrivOQ calendar view presents your bookings in a familiar calendar format, giving dispatchers and owners a quick visual overview of the day, week, or month. Bookings are color-coded by status — confirmed bookings show in blue, in-progress trips in purple, completed rides in green, and cancelled bookings in red — so the state of your schedule is readable at a glance.
The weekly view shows bookings laid out by time slot across all seven days, making it easy to see how each day is loaded and where gaps exist for new bookings. The monthly view gives a higher-level overview, showing booking counts per day with quick-access to the full list for any given date.
Clicking on any booking in the calendar opens the booking detail panel, where you can view full trip details, driver assignment, and status. The calendar automatically filters to your current company, so teams managing multiple locations see only their own data.

Can I create bookings directly from the calendar?
The calendar is a scheduling view. To create a new booking, use the New Booking button in the bookings section. The calendar reflects the new booking immediately after creation.
Does the calendar show driver assignments?
Yes. Each booking card in the calendar shows the assigned driver's name where one has been assigned. Unassigned bookings are clearly marked, making it easy to spot gaps in coverage.
Can dispatchers use the calendar on a tablet?
Yes. The calendar view is fully responsive and works well on tablets. The weekly layout adapts to narrower screens by reducing the per-column width while keeping all bookings visible.
