DrivOQ organizes your team by role so everyone sees exactly what they should — and nothing they shouldn't. The owner has full control over the account, including company identity, pricing, integrations, and billing. Admins get broad operational access to run day-to-day operations. Dispatchers focus on bookings, the live dispatch map, and driver status, without access to billing or company settings. Accounting roles work with invoicing, payments, and payroll reporting, without touching operational controls.
Drivers are never counted as seats — "unlimited drivers" and "no per-driver seat fees" apply on every plan, and seat allowances apply only to office roles. Starter includes up to 3 office seats across the dispatcher and accounting roles, and keeps settings owner-managed (there is no separate admin role on Starter). Professional adds the admin role and allows up to 5 seats per role across admin, dispatcher, and accounting. Business is unlimited.
Adding a team member takes under a minute: enter their email, choose their role, and send the invite. The new member receives an activation email and is operational as soon as they set their password. You can deactivate a seat at any time and re-enable it later — useful for seasonal staff and contractors.

How many team members can I add?
Drivers are always unlimited. Office seats depend on your plan: Starter includes up to 3 seats across the dispatcher and accounting roles, Professional allows up to 5 seats per role across admin, dispatcher, and accounting, and Business is unlimited.
What can each role do?
The owner controls the whole account, including pricing, integrations, and billing. Admins have broad operational access. Dispatchers focus on bookings, the dispatch map, and driver status. Accounting roles handle invoicing, payments, and payroll reporting. Each role only sees the areas it needs.
Why is there no admin role on Starter?
On Starter, settings stay owner-managed — the owner handles company configuration directly, and the 3 included seats are for the dispatcher and accounting roles. The admin role becomes available on Professional. It is a deliberate part of how the plans are structured.
Can I give temporary access to a contractor?
Yes. Add them to an available seat with the appropriate role, then deactivate that seat when their engagement ends. Deactivation is immediate, and the seat can be re-enabled later if needed.
