Is there really no limit on team members?
Correct. DrivOQ does not impose a seat limit. You can invite as many dispatchers, admins, and managers as your operation requires. The plan price covers all team members on your account.
Do all team members count against any usage limits?
Team member count does not affect any usage limits. Usage limits in DrivOQ apply to AI message quotas and service area configuration (which scale by plan tier), not to the number of people on your team.
Can I give temporary access to a contractor?
Yes. Add them as a dispatcher, and deactivate their account when their engagement ends. Deactivation is immediate and their account can be re-enabled if needed in the future.
